Bulb Replacements
Fraud Fighter™ carries “standard” replacement parts for the full range of UV Counterfeit Detection Devices. Currently, Fraud Fighter replacement bulbs fall into two types ( 4-watt and 8-watt tubes).

8-watt UV Tubes (UVF-861)
The 8 watt tubes are a proprietary part designed and manufactured by Fraud Fighter™ Products. These tubes are high-efficiency fluorescent bulbs, functioning at 30,000 Hz. It is VITALLY IMPORTANT that products designed to use the UVF-861 bulbs do not have a different replacement bulb part number used with them. Doing so would invalidate the warranty on your machine and could be hazardous.
Products that use the UVF-861 UV tubes are:UV-16
UV-16 “DLS”POS 15 (post 2005)
The bulbs in your Fraud Fighter have the part number printed on them.

4-watt UV tubes (UVF-461)
The 4 watt tubes used by some Fraud Fighter products are more widely available. As with all “commoditized” products, it is important to select a vendor with a high quality reputation in the marketplace. For this reason, we recommend that you buy your replacement 4-watt tubes from Fraud Fighter. In some Fraud Fighter fixtures, you will see the part number F4T5 printed on the bulb. This is a standardized part number which is fully interchangeable with the UVF-461 number we produce in our factory.
